Stone Brook Assisted Living is for senior adults who want to be as independent as possible but will also need some assistance.
Stone Brook Memory Care is for senior adults with Alzheimer’s or related types of dementia who require a secure environment and supervision and assistance with some or all activities of daily living.
Assisted Living is designed for the resident who wants to maintain independence but may need some assistance. We develop a plan of care to accommodate each resident. A resident may need help with some or all aspects of daily living every day, or just from time-to-time. Therefore, comprehensive assessments result in a plan that allows us to provide the needed care for an all-inclusive rate*.
Firstly, our environment is designed for people with memory issues. This results in a less confusing living space. Secondly, we have special safety features in place for fall prevention, emergencies, and communication. Thirdly, our staff is specially trained to identify and respond to the needs of people with memory loss. Our goal is a memory care life experience that is centered around activities and socialization.
Our Respite Care Program is the only of its kind in Denison, Texas. Our day stay and overnight Respite Care Program is ideal for individuals who are generally socially isolated and can benefit greatly from the social, leisure, health, and wellness education that fosters community involvement through integrated activities with our residents.
Fun happenings such as restaurant-style meals, arts & crafts, exercise classes, and games and socials.
Through locally sourced food and our talented chefs we produce high quality and great tasting meals. The dining experience is constantly improving because we encourage our residents to give honest feedback.
